FAQ's
Can you deliver a complete project?
Absolutely. When we say we do it all, we really mean it. From UX research to UI design to copywriting and SEO and everything in between – we flex every creative muscle to deliver a product you and your end users will love.
What does the team look like?
Our people are the core of what we do, and we can’t wait for you to meet them. You’ll be matched to the team that best suits your specific needs. Each team is made up of full-time, largely on-site specialists — no freelancers or subcontractors. A Project Manager will be your primary point of contact, and you’ll have direct access to each of your designers and developers, keeping communication quick and transparent.
Do you work on projects or retainers?
We work on both a project-basis and in retainer mode.
If you have a defined scope , like a website redesign, we can start there. After delivery, a regular monthly retainer is an option for ongoing maintenance to keep your products seamless and secure.
If you’re looking for a partner from the start, a retainer covers strategy, project delivery, and continuous maintenance. Retainers are all about flexibility and speed — predictable costs and a streamlined experience mean that your product can scale without the administrative friction of starting from scratch each time.
How much does it cost?
We use a time-and-materials pricing model, so you only pay for what you actually need. Retainers start at $4,000 per month, and full website projects typically begin at $15,000.
How long does a project take?
Creating an entirely new website takes about 10-12 weeks. A single new page can be done in 2 weeks.
What are your core services?
As a full-cycle digital product agency, we offer comprehensive website development and app development services. Custom content management systems (CMS) give you full control over your content, and custom eCommerce solutions drive sales and enhance user experiences. We build robust tools ready to support your digital marketing team. Responsive design, strategic user experience (UX) design and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) are at the core of all our digital products.
What does the digital product design process look like?
Our design process is all about transparency. We align with your existing project management to coordinate timelines and deliverables and approach projects with flexible, agile methodologies.
The design phase includes wireframing, prototyping, and website development — all decisions are backed by user data. Our designers and developers ensure that the final product is not only visually appealing, but also functional and user-friendly.
What if I already have a website or app?
Great! We’re set up to help you no matter what your digital presence looks like already. We’re happy to help you —
– Create a brand new product and take care of ongoing maintenance
– Update or modernize your existing website or apps
– Increase conversions on new or existing products
– Take over maintenance, security, compliance, and optimization for your existing digital products
Whether it’s creating a new product, optimizing an existing one, or just keeping your digital presence up to date and secure, we’ll make a plan tailored to your specific goals, timelines, and budget.
